Today's leaders require more dexterity, knowledge, skill and creativity than ever before. This 2–day workshop will inspire and teach the six keys for truly great leadership.
Description:
The things great leaders often take for granted are the things that most mediocre leaders never learn. This workshop will help you to learn these things in a safe and constructive environment.
Included with this workshop are:
  • Refreshments and lunch on both days.
  • All workshop materials and DVD reminder of your learning journey.
  • Constant feedback in a gentle, yet powerful manner.
  • Video analysis of learning and application.
  • Practical exercises with the horses to develop and hone leadership skills.
  • Two one–hour, 1:1 telephone or face-to-face coaching sessions within 4 weeks of the workshop (optional).
Duration:  Day 1: 10.00am – 4.30pm
                 Day 2: 9.30am – 4.00pm
Location: Fife or South Queensferry
Group Size: 8 maximum, also available to individuals and workplace management teams.
