A one or two–day workshop for teams hoping to develop their skills... imagine getting to the point of knowing what's happening before what's happening happens!
Description:
A successful business can only remain so when it has productive and efficient teams that work well together. This workshop will ensure your team is the best it can be.
Included with this workshop are:
  • Refreshments and lunch.
  • All workshop materials and DVD reminder of the team experience.
  • Practical exercises with the horses both individually and with the entire team.
  • Constant and honest feedback from the horse 'herd' about the dynamics of the human 'herd'.
  • Video review of the team tasks and outcomes.
  • Lots of fun and laughter.
Duration:  1 day workshop: 9.30am – 4.30pm
                 2 day workshop: 10.00am – 4.30pm, both days
Location: Fife or South Queensferry
Group Size: Preferably up to 12. Larger numbers can be accommodated, please call to discuss your requirements (teams of 40 can be catered for).
