This workshop is for people who want to find engaging and creative ways to obtain and retain customers, regardless of the type of business they are involved in.
Description:
Don't try to change the customer; instead, find ways to engage with the customer, so that they choose to work with you. Learning to engage with a 500kg 'customer' makes the whole experience a lot more interesting!
Included with this workshop are:
  • Refreshments and lunch.
  • All workshop materials.
  • Video review and a DVD reminder of the workshop.
  • Practical exercises with the horses to develop intuition, innovation and inspiration (and maybe some perspiration!)
Duration: 10.00am – 4.30pm
Location: Fife or South Queensferry
